1. Refunds for Garba Passes:

We understand that plans may change, and sometimes you may need to request a refund for your Garba passes. Please review our refund policy carefully:

  • Full Refunds: If you cancel your Garba pass purchase within 72 hours (3 days) of the event date, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refunds: If you cancel your Garba pass purchase within 48 hours (2 days) of the event date, you are eligible for a partial refund, with a deduction of a processing fee.

  • No Refunds: Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for Garba passes canceled less than 48 hours before the event.

2. Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team via email at friendsgarba@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. Event Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that we must cancel the Garba event, you will receive a full refund of your Garba pass purchase price.

4. Return Policy for Physical Tickets:

If you have purchased physical Garba passes, our return policy is as follows:

  • Physical Garba passes are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
